We hope that your TorraMór item is perfect but if you wish to return anything at all to our store in Scotland, please first contact us to discuss a refund or exchange. Customers will cover the costs of all postage for returning items. Refunds will be processed once the items are received and checked for no signs of wear. Exchanges will be processed and sent on receipt of the exchange item. 

Shipping Rates

We offer a fast tracked and signed for delivery service via DHL within UK. This is a next day service and will be £6.95 per package via 24 hour courier.

We also offer a standard delivery service via DHL within the UK. This is a 3-5 day service and will be £4.95 per package.

Shipping outside of the United Kingdom, but within the European Union will be £25 per package. 3-5 working days delivery.

International (Inlc. US/Canada/NZ) will be charged a flat rate of £60.

It is the receiver’s responsibility to pay the relevant Import tax and duties for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom required by the governing body of the country receiving the shipment.

Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to a two day delivery rule as standard, please allow time for delivery in remote areas of the United Kingdom.
