We aim to process your returns within 1 week of receiving your item but may take up to 2 weeks during show season.

How do I wash my TorraMór Kit?

Wash in a normal wash, no higher than 30 degrees using a non-bio detergent, and leave to drip dry. For more information visit clothing care on our website.

How long do repairs take?

Please do not wait until the start of the winter season to send back a product needing a repair. Get it to us at the end of the season, allowing us ample time to repair it. Repairs normally take between 2-4 weeks depending on the repair required.

How do I know what size to order?
