We hope that your TorraMór item is perfect but if you wish to return anything at all to our store in Scotland, please first contact us to discuss a refund or exchange. Customers will cover the costs of all postage for returning items. Refunds will be processed once the items are received and checked for no signs of wear. Exchanges will be processed and sent on receipt of the exchange item.
